Persistence
- Delete records as fast as possible - I don't want anyone's personal data, delete it as soon as a request is fulfilled or cancelled
- We do not keep track of who has used the clothing library in the past, or who currently has a clothing library box

What a requester sees

Page: Make a request
- One (1) request is for one (1) clothing box - you can make as many requests as you want
- Required: A name for the request - this does not have to be your name or a real name, ID will never be checked
- Required: An email address for communications - "login" will be managed via email
- Required: Select which type of box you want - you can select multiple options, the first available one will be given to you
- Requests are fulfilled in the order they are created - first in, first out

Page: View or Edit your requests
- Enter the email address for the request(s)
- You will receive an email with a "login" link for each request you have open.
- Each link will take you to a page that displays the request, its current status, and its place in line.
- You can cancel/delete a request - this cannot be undone
- You can edit a request - that means changing which type of box the request is for - this does not change your place in line
- You can say that you've picked up your clothing box and close the request as a success
- After a distribution event, you can say that you did not get your clothing box. It will be returned to its previous place in line and we'll try again.

Email: Confirm your request
- You'll get an email for each request you open.
- Click the "confirmation" link to confirm the request.
- Any requests that have not been confirmed after two weeks will be deleted.

Email: Notification that your clothing box is ready for pickup
- You will receive an email at least one (1) week in advance of the pickup date, listing the location and time range
- The email will the Name and Box Type for the request, which is the information you need for picking up the box

Email: Request to confirm you got your clothing box
- After the pick up date/time has passed, you will receive an email asking if you received your clothing box.
- Follow the link to tell us you DID or DID NOT receive you clothing box.
- If you DID, your email address will be deleted from our system and we will not contact you again about this request.
- If you DID NOT, your request will return to its previous place in line and we'll try again.
- If you do not reply at all, the request will not be fulfilled.

Email: Notification that your pickup date/time has been cancelled
- If a scheduled distribution date/time is cancelled, you will be notified by email as soon as possible
- Your request will remain open

What a distribution volunteer sees

- Enter your email address to receive a "login" email.

Page: List of Events
- Distribution volunteers will use this to create new events.
- Each event will include a list of the boxes they have available to distribute.
- Once you "Schedule" an event, the system will auto-match the boxes to requests, and will email the requesters to tell them when/where to pick up their box.
- Events can be cancelled. This will also email requesters to tell them the event is cancelled.

- Display details for one scheduled distribution place/date/times
- Display the list of clothing boxes by type scheduled for distribution, including which request is linked to each box.

Accessibility - Stretch Goal
- Include proper use of html tags so screen readers can use the site
- Get the whole site and email text translated into Spanish
